TERRA WADE - concierge

A self-described "Jill-of-all-trades" Terra Wade's passion is in helping guests find theirs. "Terra's down-to-earth nature and warm cheer, along with here wide range of experience, helps her to connect to people from all walks of life. Guests just love her, plain and simple," says General Manager Shaun McGachan.

 

Terra is currently attending Ashford University as a Communications Major, is certified in yoga and Pilates, is the volunteer Cheerleading coach for the local high school, Booster Club President, Sunday school teacher, mother of five and a licensed contractor. Yes, a licensed contractor. Wade started working for Borrego Ranch as the Engineering Administrator, but management soon realized that her outgoing personality demanded a career dealing directly with guests.

 

"I'm still in the construction business, only now I build rapport and relationships--and hopefully--the perfect vacation experience for each and every guest," says Wade.

 

After completing her bachelor's degree, Wade plans on enrolling in the Spa & Hospitality Certificate program offered through U.C. Irvine extension and then articulate into the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology to receive her Master of Wellness Certificate.
