La Cantina and Fox Bar

At La Cantina, vintage California and Mexican imagery blend to create a contemporary version of the ultimate desert cantina. Guests can gather on leather banquettes and chairs around a large fireplace. On the menu, white corn tortilla chips with smoked salt are served with lobster corn escabeche, shrimp, orange and jalapeno ceviche and grilled skirt steak with poblano, barbecue onion marmalade. Adjacent to La Cantina is the Fox Bar, where a variety of exotic tequilas are artfully displayed and the fresh-pressed (not blended) margaritas are made to order with a bounty of seasonal fruit juices. The centerpiece of this casual, funky atmosphere is the original fox mural from the resort's days as La Casa del Zorro (The House of the Fox).

La Cantina is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
